Room was clean and tidy, beds freshly made, plenty of information available. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms don't have many plug sockets near the beds but not a huge issue. The only thing I'd say about it was the fact you now have to pay for parking as a guest. Cost me £3 per night, which isn't much but I wasn't expecting it as I've stayed here plenty before and it's always been free.

A totally unplanned spur of the moment stay after being caught up in the chaos of an A55 closure. Staff in both the hotel and restaurant were brilliant & so helpful & nothing was too much trouble for them. Room was very comfortable & I enjoyed my evening meal and breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Standard rooms, standard sleep, standard carpark, pretty much as standard for travel lodge itself. The attached brewers fayre however, had lovely staff, but the food for our evening meal was very poor (and we ain't posh or wanting much). Evening meal was served cold, meats were hard and looked to have been cooked and reheated several times. Similar story for the breakfast, not much selection, hot food buffet foods were basically cold and not replaced regularly, just left out to go further cold until even scraps were gone. Pancakes on offer but no syrups of any kind available, toast available but only one flavour jam, no hot chocolate, one pot of fruit and when it had gone by 09:30am it was never replaced, same with yogurts etc and small pastrie selection same story. I know brewers fayre are usually cheapo, easy, nowt special, but this one was extra poor. Beds in premier inn comfy as usual. Get what ya pay for I guess, with the exception of the poor brewers fayre attached. At cheap rates defo worth it, but bare in mind poor restaurant

Great night sleep, had a problem with spare pillows wet with something was replaced and area cleaned while we went for food. Breakfast in the brewers however was awful, bacon inedible, asked for softer bacon still given hard, very cheap bread and thin cheap bacon tasteless!

Well placed for a visit to the National Trust site at Bodnant Gardens or Llandudno and the Great Orme. Downside... we had a ground floor room and upstairs there were obviously a herd of large elephants crashing backwards and forwards for most of the night.

I had a wonderful stay! Caroline helped me at check-in she was so sweet and patient and there was also a very kind night staff member in our building aswell (sorry I didn’t catch the name). I booked on the same day and still got a good room that was safe, clean, spacious and had everything I needed. Kate helped me with check-out and it was quick and easy. Great service all around!

The room had some issues, floor felt very soft, like the floor boards were giving away too much. First night I used the bath, there was a bit of water that went down the overflow and it all seeped out from under the tub and flooded the bathroom floor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean but seemed a little on the old side and a bit worn out. I paid for the breakfast and supper from the Brewers fair, the food was good but very limited selection due to equipment failure. But again the staff were very accommodating.

As other Premier Inn hotels of late it's almost impossible to find a king size bed in your room, some time ago it was the norm. Also found a pair of used socks on bedside table shelf; not really inviting.
